Japanese avant rock band Blind Lemon Dog debut album “Avant Garde”. Originally released in 2001, the album draws influences from a variety of musical genres, ranging from jazz, punk, hardcore and many more. Koji Takahashi, vocalist, guitarist and founding member is also known as the guitarist of Beijing underground pioneer The Fly. After twenty years, the album still sounds as exciting as it did then and deserve to be heard again.
